If you forgot your password or you want to change it, you can do this through the VostroNet portal.
You will need to have your registered mobile phone ready as your login details will be sent to you by text message.
Follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Open your web browser and go to the VostroNet Login page
2. Under the LOGIN box, select "Unable to log in?"
3. Enter the Email Address registered to your account, and type the Captcha Code (verification number).
4. Click SEND and a confirmation will be shown. Your login is sent in a text message to the mobile phone number registered on your VostroNet account.
