How to turn off random MAC addresses in Windows 10
- Connect to your Vostronet Network.
In your taskbar, right-click on the Wi-Fi icon and then Properties.
- Under the Random Hardware Addresses section, change the setting to Off.
- Turn off the Wi-Fi on your device and turn it back on to reconnect to your Vostronet network using the original Wi-Fi MAC address.
How to turn off random MAC addresses in Windows 11
1. Open Windows Settings by pressing Windows + "i" keys from the keyboard.
2. Click on the Network & Internet from the left side pane in the Settings.
3. Click Wi-Fi on the right-side pane.
4. Turn off the Wi-Fi on your device and turn it back on to reconnect to your Vostronet network using the original Wi-Fi MAC address.
If you need to enable the Random hardware address function on Windows 11, repeat the above steps, and in step 4, slide the toggle to On position.
